Reports from the sessions of the Committee on the Rights of the Child on juvenile justice issues

The Committee on the Rights of the Child is the UN body responsible for monitoring the implementation, by States Parties, of the Convention on the Rights of the Child.

Every year, the Committee on the Rights of the Child holds three sessions in January, May-June and September.

DCI attends the sessions of the Committee and produces reports about the proceedings focusing on the Committee’s recommendations with respect to juvenile justice issues. The reports are intended to provide the reader with relevant information on the state of juvenile justice in the countries under review, in a concise manner.
