International Executive Council (IEC) |

DCI’s International Executive Council (IEC) is the movement’s governing authority in the interim between General Assemblies. Members of the International Executive Council are elected for a period of 3 years during DCI’s International General Assembly meeting. The IEC is composed of a minimum of 7 or a maximum of 13 people, each from a different country and representing the 4 regions in which DCI works. Current members, elected during DCI’s most recent International General Assembly in October 2008, are as follows: President Rifat Odeh Kassis (DCI-Palestine) Treasurer Benoit van Keirsbilck (DCI-Belgium) Vice President Africa Abdul Manaff Kemokai (DCI-Sierra Leone) Vice President Americas Marcos Guillen (DCI-Argentina) Vice President Europe Jean-Luc Rongé (DCI-France) Member at large Juan Fumeiro (DCI-Uruguay) Member at large Laurencio Akohin (DCI-Togo)
